Chocolate cake and chocolate dipped strawberries
What more does a girl need when she sits down with her latest sewing project than chocolates!! I love chocolate and one of my treats is to have a couple of pieces at night while I'm watching television stitching, but you know one of the pitfalls is getting chocolate on your work, especially if like me you lick the thread to thread your needle.
So tada...

isn't it gorgeous?? My beautiful Gingher embroidery scissors looked very naked before so when I "met" the lovely Michelle over at the Business Mums Network I just had to ask her if she could make me a scissor fob with chocolates! I was so excited when she said yes she could. So if you too love to eat chocolates while you stitch or you have a little boy or girl in your life who would love one of Michelle's beautiful necklaces go visit Michelle at Cupcakes Jewellery
As I mentioned here I'm taking part in the blogging challenge at Business Mums Network. This week Melissa has set us a challenge to blog about something essential to us - well for me it is family and friends, without them life would be very empty. Of recent times though there is something else that has become essential to me and that is my customers, without them I would have no business and the business has become an extremely rewarding part of my life. So to all of my customers a huge thank you - I know that some of you visit, but if you are a customer and haven't left a comment - please do I'd love to come visit your blog and see what you are making. I love getting your emails and comments left here letting me know what happens to the fabrics and patterns I send out to you.
Also happening at Quilt Fabric Delights is the Great Down Under Nappy Hunt - I'm proud to be a sponsor of this fun event - if you would like to join in it's not too late. The event runs through February 2007 and there are some wonderful prizes up for grabs. At Quilt Fabric Delights I've set up a mini-hunt which has been a great deal of fun and a challenge to be sneaky so it's not toooo easy to find.
Another wonderful bonus of being involved in the hunt is the lovely emails I have received from some of those participating, so next blog I want to share one of those with you....

That scissor fob is just fantastic. I will attempting to have one made for a friend who has the same addiction!
